Culinary Casting WorkShop at CVI

The culinary casting workshop at the Culinary Vegetable Institute was an exciting success. The attendees were treated to a introductory lecture from Beatrice S. Schneider, hands on and demos from food pioneers, executive Chef Jamie Simpson from CVI and Corey Siegel, Bocuse d’Or commis and 3x IKA gold medalist.
