We are proud to present The Chicago Restaurant Pastry Competition Season 3. This three time Emmy award-winning video series is sponsored by, and filmed at The Chicago School of Mold Making. The four international competing chefs have been chosen by “blind” audition; submitting photos and recipes. They are judged by the creativity and concept alone, the chefs’ names redacted until the finalists are selected.

Episode 2: Mystery Casting Challenge

Using organic and fair trade ingredients, the chefs design and create a composed dessert within a cast 4″ sphere for the Sphere Mold Challenge. The top-tier celebrity judges; Antonio Bachour, Curtis Duffy and Will Goldfarb offer astute comments. With beautiful desserts creations and insightful dialogue, this is an inspiring challenge you don’t want to miss!

Episode 3: Signature Plated Desserts

The final challenge of CRPC3 really ups the ante as the four pastry chef competitors have to adapt their Signature Plated Desserts and present them on colorful Steelite Craft textured plates. We get to ‘taste’ their creations through the insightful comments of the Judges. Which is your favorite?
